The terms VokaLQ Labs Private Limited provides VokaLQ under. Short, because a long one nobody reads protects nobody.

What the service is

VokaLQ answers your business phone calls and WhatsApp messages using an AI agent, books appointments, and records the conversations onto a customer record in your account.

Early access

VokaLQ is in early access. That means the product is live and answering real calls, and it also means features change, occasionally break, and are sometimes withdrawn. If something changes in a way that affects how your line behaves, we tell you before it happens rather than after.

What it costs

Plans start at ₹5,499 per month plus a one-time setup fee from ₹3,000. Plans are sized by call volume rather than by user, so the tier is quoted per business. Billing is monthly and there is no minimum term — you can stop at the end of a month.

Usage is capped at your plan’s included minutes. Nothing bills past the cap: the system stops rather than metering overflow, so a busy month cannot produce a surprise invoice.

What we ask of you

  • Use it on a number you are entitled to use, for a business you actually run.
  • Do not use it for unsolicited bulk calling. Outbound campaigns are for your own customers — reminders, follow-ups, feedback — not for cold lists you bought.
  • Keep the knowledge base you give the agent accurate. It answers from what you tell it, and it will repeat a wrong price to your customer as confidently as a right one.
  • Do not try to make the agent claim to be a human being. It is told to say otherwise and we would rather it kept saying so.

What we are responsible for

Running the service with reasonable care and keeping your data as described in the privacy policy. We are not responsible for what a caller says, for a booking you decide not to honour, or for business you believe you lost while the service was interrupted. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Your data, if you leave

It stays yours throughout and you can export it in full at any time, including after you cancel. Tell us when you want it deleted and we delete it. We do not hold your customer records hostage to a renewal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
