AI call answering for home services, book the job while you are on one
You cannot answer the phone with your hands inside somebody’s wiring. VokaLQ answers it for you, takes the job details, books the visit into your calendar, and texts the customer an arrival window, so a call that comes in mid-job is a booking rather than a missed one.
In short
- Answers when your hands are inside somebody’s wiring, at any hour.
- Takes the fault, the address and how urgent it is, and books the visit.
- Sends the customer an arrival window on WhatsApp, which stops the are-you-still-coming calls.
- Urgent jobs are flagged rather than treated like every other message.
- Speaks Malayalam, English, Tamil, Hindi and Arabic.

Your hands were inside somebody’s wiring. Nobody typed any of this.
The phone rings when you are least able to answer it
Electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, pest control, cleaning crews, the work and the phone compete for the same hands. Most home service calls are urgent, which means the caller rings the next number on the search results rather than waiting for a callback.
Answering later is not the same as answering. For an urgent job it is the same as not answering at all.
What VokaLQ takes down
It gets the details you would ask for on site, so the job is ready to schedule rather than needing a second call to find out what is actually wrong.
- What the problem is, described in the customer’s own words.
- Where the job is, and how to get there.
- How urgent it is, and whether it is an emergency.
- When they are available.
- Contact number for the arrival message.
The customer gets an arrival window, not silence
Once the visit is booked, the customer is texted the window. That single message removes most of the "are you still coming" calls that interrupt the next job, which is a second saving on top of the booking itself.
Every job and every caller is written into the CRM, so repeat customers are recognised and the history of what you did last time is already there.
The caller who wants a price before they will book
Most home service calls open with some version of "how much to fix this". It is a reasonable question and it is the one that cannot be answered honestly over the phone, because the price depends on what is actually wrong.
VokaLQ does not guess at one. Quoting a figure it cannot stand behind would cost you the job twice, once when the real price is higher, and again when the customer tells somebody why.
What it does instead is take the call somewhere useful. It gets the fault described in the customer’s own words, the age and type of what is broken if they know it, whether it has been repaired before, the location, and how soon they need somebody. Then it books the visit, or where the caller wants a figure first, it captures the job and hands it to you with everything you would have asked on the phone anyway.
You call back already knowing what the job is. The customer gets a number from the person who will actually do the work.
