English, Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi and Arabic. The caller picks on the first turn — there is no menu to navigate.

Answered

24/7

It picks up at nine on a Sunday evening the same way it does at eleven on a Tuesday morning. No voicemail, no queue, no closing time.

Customer record

1

Phone and WhatsApp write to the same record, so a caller who hangs up and messages instead is not starting the conversation over.

Three surfaces, one system

Answer the phone. Answer the chat. Remember both.

Most businesses run these as three disconnected things: a phone nobody can always reach, a WhatsApp someone checks between customers, and a notebook. VokaLQ is one system, so the customer never has to explain themselves twice.

The phone line

It answers the call

On the first ring, at any hour. It listens, replies in the language the caller used, and finishes the job the call was about before hanging up.

  • Answers and replies in under a second
  • Speaks in a voice cloned from your own, if you want it to
  • Books, reschedules and cancels in your calendar
  • Takes several calls at the same time
  • Hands over to a person when the call needs one
WhatsApp

It answers the chat too

The same receptionist on WhatsApp Business, reading from the same knowledge and writing to the same customer record. A caller who hangs up and messages instead is not starting over.

  • Replies to typed messages and to voice notes
  • Answers back as a voice note in the same voice
  • Sends booking confirmations and reminders
  • Tappable menus for the questions everyone asks
The CRM

It remembers the customer

Every call and every message lands on one customer record — who rang, what they wanted, what was agreed, what happens next. There is no data entry step, because the conversation is the data entry.

  • One timeline per customer across phone and WhatsApp
  • Leads captured with their intent, city and a callback number
  • Follow-ups, callbacks and tasks scheduled on their own
  • Full transcript and recording kept against the record

After hours

Your front desk goes home at six. The phone doesn’t.

Evening and night is when people are finally free to call — and when clinics, salons and offices are shut. VokaLQ answers from closing time to opening time, takes the booking or the complaint or the enquiry, and it is on your dashboard before the first person walks in tomorrow.

  • Nights, weekends and holidays, with nothing to switch on at 6 PM
  • Or the whole 24 hours, if the line is busy during the day too
  • Several calls at once, so the second caller is not sent to voicemail
  • Anything it should not decide alone waits as a callback with the transcript

Don’t take our word for it. Ring the line.

Inside one call

One call, start to finish.

Thirty-eight seconds, from a phone ringing in an empty room to a booked appointment with a confirmation already delivered.

  1. The phone rings

It is answered on the first ring, at any hour, however late the call comes in.

  2. They explain what they want

In their own language, at their own pace, interrupting and changing their mind the way people do on the phone.

The slot is booked into your calendar and the customer record is written, while the call is still going, not afterwards.

Modules

Not only a receptionist.

The same agent answers the line, calls your list back out, sorts the interested from the rest, collects feedback and registers complaints — all of it landing on one customer record.

Appointments

Books, reschedules and cancels during the call, then confirms it on WhatsApp.

WhatsApp

The same agent on chat and voice notes, reading from the same knowledge base.

Callbacks and follow-ups

Anything the AI should not decide becomes a task with the transcript attached.

Calls going out

Outbound campaigns

Upload a contact list and the agent calls every number, then reports back on each one.

Lead qualification

Interested, not interested, call me later — sorted on the call, not by you afterwards.

Feedback calls

Rings your customers after the service and collects what they actually thought.

What is kept

Complaint desk

Every complaint registered as a case with a category, a stage and a follow-up trail.

CRM and reports

One timeline per customer across phone and WhatsApp, exportable in full.

Modules are switched on per business at setup. A salon runs bookings and reminders; a service desk runs complaints and reports and sees nothing else on the screen. Nobody gets thirteen tabs of somebody else’s product.

WhatsApp agent

Half your customers would rather message you.

They send a voice note at 11 PM and expect an answer. VokaLQ replies on your WhatsApp Business number using the same knowledge base, the same voice and the same customer record as the phone line, so the enquiry that starts as a chat can finish as a booking without a person touching it.

Voice notes, both directions

Customers who would rather talk than type send a voice note. It is transcribed by the same engine that hears your phone calls, answered, and the reply comes back as a voice note in the same voice.

Replies in the language they wrote in

Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, Arabic or English, including Manglish typed in Latin script, which is how most people actually message a business in Kerala.

Tappable menus

The four questions every business is asked all day become a menu the customer taps instead of types. The answer still comes from your own knowledge base.

Inside Meta’s rules

Free-form replies are sent inside WhatsApp’s 24-hour service window, on your own verified WhatsApp Business number. No scraping, no unofficial gateway.

Built-in CRM

The CRM fills itself in.

A CRM only works if somebody updates it, and nobody updates it on a busy Saturday. Here the receptionist doing the talking is the same system doing the writing, so the record is complete by the time the call ends — not because your team was disciplined, but because nobody had to be.

Your records stay yours. Export them whenever you want, in full. We do not sell or share customer data.

Who runs it

Businesses where the phone rings while you are with a customer.

What it costs you now

Patients ring when something hurts, not when the front desk is free. The ones who reach voicemail at 9 PM have booked with another clinic by the time anyone plays it back.

With VokaLQ

VokaLQ books, reschedules and cancels around the clock, and an evening cancellation frees the slot in time to be filled. It also makes the calls out — appointment reminders, and a feedback call after the visit. Anything clinical becomes a callback task with the full transcript attached.

Five languages

Your customer should not have to switch to English.

Most voice AI is an English product with other languages bolted on, which handles a clean English sentence well and a real phone call badly. VokaLQ answers in whichever of these the caller opens with, and holds it for the rest of the call, including the Malayalam-and-English mix people actually speak.

  • English

    English

    Indian and Gulf English accents

  • Malayalam

    മലയാളം

    Including Manglish, mid-sentence

  • Tamil

    தமிழ்

    Spoken Tamil, not written form

  • Hindi

    हिन्दी

    Hindi and Hinglish

  • Arabic

    العربية

Gulf Arabic, UAE and Saudi callers

More languages are in the pipeline. If your customers call in one that is not listed here, tell us which — that is how the list gets longer.

Pricing

Less than a part-time receptionist.

And it does not take Sundays off, does not need training up, and does not stop answering because two people rang at once.

Plans from

Plans are sized to how much you actually talk, so the right one depends on your call volume. Tell us roughly how many calls a day you take and we will quote the tier that fits, no seat counts, no per-user pricing.

In every plan

  • Inbound calls answered 24/7, every day of the year
  • All five languages on every call
  • Appointment booking, rescheduling and cancellation
  • WhatsApp agent on your WhatsApp Business number
  • The full CRM, customers, leads, follow-ups, tasks
  • Call recordings, transcripts and the call log
  • Outbound follow-up and feedback calls
  • Dashboard access for your whole team

Nothing above is an upsell, the phone line, the WhatsApp agent and the CRM are one product, because a receptionist that forgets the customer between channels is not worth having.

Plans are sized by call volume, so the right number depends on your week. Tell us roughly and we will quote it.

The terms

It is your line, your customers, and your reputation.

Who owns the recordings and the transcripts?

You do. Customers, calls, transcripts and recordings live in your account and export in full whenever you ask. We do not sell them, share them, or train anyone else’s product on them.

Are callers told they are being recorded?

Every call opens with a spoken disclosure before anything else happens, in line with Indian telecom norms. Nothing is captured quietly.

What happens when it does not know the answer?

It says so. It answers from your own knowledge base and does not improvise, and a question it cannot answer becomes a callback task with the transcript attached — not a guess said confidently to your customer.

Will it understand how people here actually speak?

It was built in Kerala on real business calls in Malayalam and Manglish, with the accents and the odd hours those calls arrive in, rather than on clean studio audio.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is VokaLQ?

VokaLQ is an AI voice agent with a CRM built into it. It answers your business phone calls in real time and places them too, replies to your WhatsApp messages, speaks to each customer in their own language, books appointments, runs outbound enquiry and feedback campaigns, registers complaints as cases, and writes every conversation onto one customer record that then handles the follow-up. Reception, appointments, campaigns, leads, feedback and complaints are separate modules, switched on for the ones your business actually runs.

Which languages does the AI receptionist speak?

Five: English, Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi and Arabic. It handles mixed Malayalam-English (Manglish) the way people actually speak it on the phone, including switching mid-sentence. The caller picks a language on the first turn and it stays in that language for the rest of the call. More languages are planned.

Does VokaLQ work on WhatsApp as well as the phone?

Yes. The same receptionist answers on your WhatsApp Business number, reading from the same knowledge base and writing to the same customer record as the phone line. It replies to typed messages and to voice notes, and can answer back as a voice note in the same voice callers hear on the phone. It also sends booking confirmations and reminders.

What CRM features are included?

Every caller and messager becomes a customer profile with their full history across phone and WhatsApp. On top of that: a leads pipeline carrying what each caller wanted, their city and a callback number, with everything they said written onto the record; follow-ups, callbacks and tasks that schedule themselves; outbound campaign and feedback calling; and a full call log with recordings, transcripts and analytics. The CRM is included in every plan, not sold separately.

Can VokaLQ make outbound calls, not just answer them?

Yes. Upload a contact list and the agent calls every number on it — enquiry follow-ups, appointment reminders, feedback calls, registration and admission drives. Each call comes back with an outcome, and the result is written onto that customer’s record. It calls your own contacts, not a bought list: outbound calling to Indian numbers needs DLT/TRAI registration, the consent of the person being called, and the permitted 9 AM to 9 PM window, and we set that up with you rather than around you.

Can it call a list and tell me who is interested?

Yes. The agent asks your qualifying questions on the call and marks each one — interested, not interested, call back later, booked. The interested ones land in a pipeline with their intent, city and callback number already filled in, so your team calls a shortlist instead of a spreadsheet.

Can it collect customer feedback by phone?

Yes. Feedback calling is its own module. The agent rings customers after the visit or the delivery, asks what you want asked, and files each answer against that customer, so a complaint and a compliment both land on a real record instead of in a form nobody reads.

Can it take complaints for a service desk?

Yes. The complaints module registers each call as a case: a category, the place it happened, a six-stage pipeline from new to resolved, and an append-only follow-up trail your staff add to. It works in Malayalam as well as English, and the board exports to CSV for the monthly report.

We have nobody at the desk after 6 PM. Can it cover just the nights?

Yes. The line can be forwarded to VokaLQ outside your working hours and stay with your team inside them, or run the full twenty-four hours if the phone is busy during the day too. Nights, weekends and holidays are the same thing to it, and everything that came in overnight is on the dashboard before the first person arrives.

How much does VokaLQ cost?

Plans start at ₹5,499 per month, plus a one-time setup fee from ₹3,000. Plans are sized by call volume rather than by user, so the right tier depends on how many calls a day you take. Tell us roughly and we will quote it. The phone line, the WhatsApp agent and the CRM are all included at every tier.

Can VokaLQ book appointments by itself?

Yes. It takes the booking during the call, checks what is actually free, writes it into your calendar, and confirms it with the customer on WhatsApp before they hang up. It handles rescheduling and cancellations the same way, so an evening cancellation frees the slot in time for it to be filled.

Can it answer in my own voice?

Yes. We can clone a voice for your line during setup — yours, or whoever you want your business to sound like — from a short sample they record. It then answers every call in that voice, in all five languages. We only ever clone a voice with the consent of the person it belongs to, and we do not clone a voice you do not have the right to use. If you would rather not, there is a range of ready-made voices to pick from instead.

Are calls recorded, and who owns the data?

Every call opens with a spoken disclosure to the caller that it is being recorded, in line with Indian telecom norms. The recordings, transcripts and customer records stay in your account, are exportable in full at any time, and are never sold or shared.

What happens when a call needs a real person?

It does not improvise. A question it cannot answer from your knowledge base becomes a callback task with the caller, the reason and the full transcript attached, so your team picks it up with the context rather than thirty seconds of voicemail audio to decipher.

What kinds of businesses use VokaLQ?

Businesses that lose money to missed calls, and businesses with more calls to make than people to make them. Clinics, salons and spas, real estate agents, home services and restaurants are the clearest fits for the inbound side; institutes running enquiry and admission drives, companies collecting feedback after a service, and offices taking complaints on the phone are the clearest fits for the outbound and case-handling modules.

Every call you miss is already
somebody else’s customer.

Tell us what you run and how many calls a day you take. We will come back with the plan that fits and get VokaLQ onto your line in days, not months.

We’ll call you back, powered by VokaLQ, obviously.
